Given the recent unprecedented circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we would like to inform you about how WAYO is handling the crisis.

The health and safety of all employees, customers and partners are of the upmost importance to us, and as such, we are taking measures, such as implementing social distancing within our fulfillment centers, that have affected the regular fulfillment process and schedule. 

WAYO works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. While our fulfillment partner is still operating and we are continuing to accept orders, fulfillment and shipping will unfortunately take longer than you may be used to. However, please be ensured that your order will reach you.

We are in regular communication with them for the latest updates on the capacity and lead time, and will be sure to let you know once everything is back to normal.
